Purchased 3XL(4L) / XL(LL)
I personally did embroidery work on a hood a couple of months ago, and I was satisfied with the way it came out so neatly that I also worked on the company's summer group uniform. At that time, what was the connected part between letters? It was clean without anything, but this time it has everything. I didn't take a picture, but the stitches were already sticking out of the back.
The most disappointing thing is that the embroidery position is noticeably different from the original design. I didn't ask for exactly where to do it, but I intentionally uploaded the image to match the end of the button line, so I didn't really ask for more, but it was done a long way up. Since I didn't request it, I can't say it's defective... but I wish they had confirmed the actual color and also confirmed the location. If I do it again next time, I'll have to write it down accurately.
