Because it was tightly sewed, it won't distort even after you wear it for a long time.

Notice

Washing Method

  • Hand wash with a neutral detergent in warm water (below 40'C).
  • Please wash it separately because stains may occur.
  • When using an iron, place a clean cloth on ironing surface and then iron the printed product.
  • Bleach usage and dry cleaning are not allowed.
  • Avoid using a dryer, and shade drying recommended.
  • Refer to the handling precautions label on the inside of the garment for specific washing instructions.

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

The quality of the t-shirt is really good! I wanted something a little thicker and more of an overfit, and Printstar was perfect. and the printing was high quality! I really like the t-shirt. However, the size of the printed image is disappointing. There was no 3XL size for the 17-count round T-shirt, so I ordered a 14-count T-shirt for 3XL separately. As shown in the attached photo, even though it is only one size difference from 2XL, there is a difference in printing. In particular, the printing on the back of the neck is about 6 times different;; I think I entered the same printing size when ordering, but it came out like this. I think the 17 number design image was previewed as a M t-shirt and the same printing size up to 2XL was released. In the case of number 14, it was printed based on a 3XL t-shirt. So, even though the design is the same, when you order different t-shirts, you get this result. I think this mistake would not have occurred if all sizes had been unified to 14 or written separately in the request. Still, since buyers may not be aware of this problem, I hope Marpple will take care of it as well.
