Washing Method

  • Can be dry-cleaned or hand-washed separately.
  • When washing silk/printed products, turn it inside out and wash it in cold water.
  • When using an iron, place a clean cloth on ironing surface and then iron the printed product.
  • After washing, dry it in the shade. Avoid using a dryer because it could cause the product to deform.

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

I am so satisfied! I posted it on Instagram, and my friends asked me to make it for them too, so I gathered people who wanted it and ordered more. I really like the clothes!! Thank you for talking about printing directly over the phone🫶 I usually wear large sizes, so I ordered 3xl according to the size chart, but it was too big. I think it came out a little larger than the size chart haha.. Still, the printing went really well and I like it! If I have to order something again, I think I'll do it at Marpple☺️

Please check everything carefully one by one as requested. The front and back logos came out in the recommended size, and I was very satisfied with how pretty they came out just as I had imagined! All I can say is that I'm really grateful. I needed it urgently, so I ordered it at the last minute, and thanks to the detailed location adjustment over the phone and delivery, I was able to receive it properly. I don't know if it was my mood, but the clothes felt warm because they packed them as soon as they were printed... ㅜ I am very satisfied that the printing was done so neatly.
