The staff at marpple kindly called me to tell me that the printing method was different from the t-shirts they had made before. At first, I was out of the office because I don't answer my phone well, but they left a message that they had contacted me via text, so I was able to call them back.
I'm so grateful that you explained it so kindly because I don't know much about printing or production, and I'm so grateful that you checked the location of the photo once again.
Your kindness and attention to detail made me feel more satisfied with my custom product.
Not only is the fit and length of this cropped t-shirt perfect, but I love how it prints so clearly and true to the photo, thank you so much!!!
