To properly protect the phone from impact, the phone case is made of highly elastic TPE material, which is thin but soft and durable.

Notice

  • Depending on the lighting conditions at the shooting location, the product's color may appear distorted.
  • Soak a towel in warm water, then use it to gently wipe the infected area.
  • Please replace a case carefully and without using excessive force.
  • The printed area may smudge or come off when it comes into direct contact with ethanol, acetone, hand sanitizer (including a gel variety), or when it is wiped forcefully with wet tissue. Please take care when using it.
  • Although it is extremely resilient, an extended exposure to intense heat may cause it to deform.

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

The photo you sent me before shipping showed a bias to the right, so I asked you to correct it and said you would correct it and send it to me, but it seems like you sent it as is. I wanted a bright, fluorescent paint color, but they said that was difficult, so I was very kind and grateful for correcting the color to make it as vivid as possible. I really like it so much! I was worried, so I put an inquiry in the request list, but they kindly called and made corrections, so it came out just as I wanted! Actually, I was worried on top of worry during the delivery period, but I liked it so much that I decided to try making my own phone case next time...! This was my first time making it, and the color came out much prettier than I expected! It's so pretty ㅠㅠㅠI was worried because I'm not good at cutting pictures, but it didn't even show any signs of cutting and it turned out really pretty! Case restaurant recognition!!!
