Notice

  • Depending on the lighting conditions at the shooting location, the product's color may appear distorted.
  • White photos cannot be printed due to the nature of printing.
  • Please be aware that the product can only have one side printed and that the back is not.
  • When brushing a hand over one direction of the product, the dye may not fully penetrate, resulting in the white surface of the fabric being visible.
    This is a characteristic of the fabric with long fibers and is not considered a defect.
  • Due to the replacement of Home & Décor products, the color of the new products may differ slightly from the old ones. Please remember to consider product production.

Washing Method

  • For extended use, dry cleaning is advised.
  • Use a neutral detergent and warm water (below 30'C) for washing items, and be sure to rinse everything well.
  • When using a washing machine, wash each item separately on a wool course.
  • After washing, dry it in the shade. Avoid using a dryer because it could cause the product to deform.

Precautions for Purchase

  • A purchase order made by a minor may be cancelled by the same minor or his/her guardian if his/her guardian has not consented to such purchase.

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I chose a picture I drew myself, but I think it would look prettier if I decided on warm gray or cool gray for black and white. And the contrast is pretty.. I added an ambiguous gray color to the background just to balance it, so it looked like there was dust on it... but it was my fault, so I'm really satisfied with the product.💕💕

Me. Did you do a lot of editing? Thank you for taking my opinion into account and making it quickly without causing any inconvenience! In particular, when I changed a design through a 1:1 chat consultation, I was impressed by the fact that they reconfirmed the design via text message because they were so attentive! Also, the 1:1 counselor was more worried than me that the dog image print might not come out well, so I sent it a high-resolution draft and I think it came out better!!! Looking at the employees, I think Marpple can only do well in the future! More than anything, I am very satisfied because the picture I designed and the colors I expected came out clearly! I wish the dye didn't smudge when washed❤️ I will use it again next time I make other goods! ^^>
