All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.

The packaging is really nice and thorough. It’s a watch that feels like a picture frame. It's so pretty. I'm most worried about color while designing, but I'm relieved that I don't have to worry about unnecessary things with Marpple. It's really high quality, just as I imagined.
