All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Jellan LightBlend Adult Hoodie Purchased XL 제작 후기 The season of hoodies came and I searched hard for pretty hoodies, but I couldn't find a design I liked and most of them were priced over 40,000 won, so I was so angry that I worked hard to create a printing design for two hours and tried custom-made for the first time. The quality of the design was poor. I was worried because it was low, but they called me directly to say that it might not be produced clearly and kindly provided me with sufficient guidance. I am very satisfied because it was produced with a clear quality that exceeded my expectations! However... the size was wrong and it was too long for my height, but I was very satisfied with the printing ㅜㅜ Next time, I want to make a prettier pattern and have it custom-made again!! I came here to leave a review of how I won a custom hoodie making event and received a pretty hoodie as a gift☺ Before making the hood, Marpple told me over the phone that the picture on the front may have a slight greenish tint and that the braille on the back may not be visible due to the small size, but when I received it in person, it was barely noticeable unless I held it up to the light and the braille was printed neatly. !👍🏻 I took the largest size after referring to the review that said it would be better to go one size larger, but I am short and I really like it because it looks like a dress!!😆 The material doesn't feel like cheap fabric, but it has a soft texture, so I like it..!!
