All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.

I'm using it as a lunch bag, but my younger siblings say they're just using it as a pouch 😅 The fabric and zipper on the outside are disappointing, but the inside is shaved ice, so you can put an ice pack in it and use it as a cooler bag.

The top is solid and the inside is full of insulation? There is something similar in terms of cold insulation, warmth, collision, etc. I think it's excellent. I plan to order more after seeing the internal reaction.
