- You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
- Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
- Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.

- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).

Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

When I first ordered, I thought it would have been better to remove the background of the mark on the front, but I completely ruined it by saying to just leave the background. When you called me, you are an expert than me, so please don't be foolish and give me some advice that it looks better without a background in this case. At first, I was skeptical about whether it would come out the way I wanted, but it was perfect with the phrase I wanted and in the right place! I'm really satisfied with how it came out :) I'm planning to make it again soon! As for size, I like to wear large sizes, so I went with XL, but I wear it more often than the black size L. No, I wear it every day. It's a necessity when going to school. Was it khaki... Anyway, XL is comfortable for my height and body. So I ordered it. I want to wear it with a brushed hood.
