- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.
Important Notes
- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).
- Please make sure to check the actual product size before ordering.
Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

First of all, the printing was neat and well done, but perhaps because the base price was low, it felt definitely thinner than the hooded zip-ups I usually wear.
Perhaps because I attached several photos, the price came out to be a little over 40,000 won. From now on, I will just reduce the number of photos to print and order a thicker and more expensive hoodie zip-up.

I made it using an in-game image, and even the thin lines came out very precisely.
One image was too small, so I made it as clear as possible in Photoshop. I was worried that it would come out blurry due to my limited ability, but contrary to my concerns, I was able to confirm that it was printed well.
Marpple makers always pay attention to quality, so I have high expectations every time I order.
