Washing Method

  • Can be dry-cleaned or hand-washed separately.
  • When washing silk/printed products, turn it inside out and wash it in cold water.
  • When using an iron, place a clean cloth on ironing surface and then iron the printed product.
  • After washing, dry it in the shade. Avoid using a dryer because it could cause the product to deform.

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I made a t-shirt at Marpple a year ago, but after wearing it so often, the fabric got worn out, so I ordered a new one. The quality is good, so I trust it and order it. I like it this time too. However, the disappointing thing is that even though the image was inserted in the same location, it was printed at the top compared to a year ago. In the second photo, the t-shirt on the left is from a year ago, and the t-shirt on the right is the t-shirt I ordered this time.

I made it the first time to see how it turned out, and it's better than I expected! I usually wear AAA so the size was perfect. The embroidery seems to have come out well and meticulously. What’s disappointing is that the minimum embroidery size on the front is that big! I wish it could be a little smaller. I need to make several summer short sleeves with different designs to wear.

The print came out clearer and brighter than I expected! The fit itself is long at the waist, but I like it because it's a pretty fit when tucked into the bottoms!! I set the printing position with that in mind, and it seems to have come out as intended, so I like it even more;D The t-shirt material is thick and rough, so it's sturdy. I think I can wear it for a long time haha.
