All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

The print came out very clean and sturdy! It won't peel off even if it gets wet or scratched, and it's sturdy! The eco bag itself is nice and doesn't seem to break even if you put a lot of stuff in it. The handle is a bit thin and light, so you don't feel uneasy.

There are a lot of colors and it was designed using Pantone colors, so I guess I'm just wondering how the printing will turn out until I receive it. lol I really like the conclusion! I think I'll try a different design next time.

I created a digital illustration draft and uploaded it, and it came out beautifully. It printed and printed nicely. I think the advantage is that you can save a lot of time by being able to customize it right away when you upload the design draft. I plan to use it in the future. :)
