This hat was made as a gift and it was exactly the size I wanted. The embroidery design was well made as intended. I was really satisfied with the friendly advice during the embroidery making process! Due to the nature of embroidery production, designs that are too small cannot come out pretty, so they adjusted the size through consultation :)

The embroidery came out very cleanly, as expected, which is great. However, you can't see it anyway, but if you look inside the hat, it's a little dirty. As expected, Marpple does not disappoint. You have accomplished your task today as well. I will use it well.

I received everything, including the hat shape and design, exactly as I wanted!^^ The size is women's. It's a bit big for me, but I originally planned to wear it a little larger, so when I tried it on, it fit exactly what I wanted! I bought it in a large size to use it larger, but it was bigger than I thought, so I think I can buy a regular size next time. When I requested embroidery printing, it was nice that they contacted me personally and responded kindly by phone even though they were busy. Although I couldn't print embroidery because I didn't have a lot of money, I will try it again next time. I’ll customize it!! Next time, make sure to do embroidery printing~~~ㅋㅋㅋ
