All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

I've bought this tumbler so many times, but this time the printing is so neat and the tumbler and the picture are perfect, so I gave it to my friends and they all liked it because it's really steamed and luxurious. The lid part of the tumbler gets stuck with water easily, so I gave it to my friends who don't know how to wipe it. It's slim but has a large capacity, so it's the best tumbler to carry around.

It was produced well as ordered, but the finish was a bit disappointing. There are slight scratches on the outside and the print quality is disappointing. The white area above the p letter is the area with less printing. Please take note and purchase!
