All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

I think it’s better quality and sturdier than I thought! I was worried because the picture was blurry, but the printing came out clearly and well haha. I didn't realize there was a shadow in the photo because I laid out everything I ordered and cropped the entire picture haha;; Anyway, it's really pretty haha

It was great that the image quality wasn't as bad as I expected. Next time I buy it again, I think I can refer to this and make the color brighter. When I made the background transparent, there was a picture border that was invisible to the eye, so next time I'll have to use it in a square state without the background transparency... The case opens right away even when I shake it slightly downward, so it would be better if this point was improved.

I think it will be a very practical item. I plan to carry only the lip gloss. It is sometimes difficult to find it because I carry it in a pouch, but I think it will be convenient to carry it separately. Maybe because the photos in front were edited a lot. The resolution is not that good 😂 As soon as I received it today, I bought another one in silver.
