- Depending on the lighting conditions at the shooting location, the product's color may appear distorted.
- Due to the embroidery on the flexible product surface, the size of the font can vary even if it's the same size, as it depends on the product's flexibility.
- During the manufacturing process, there might be remnants of thread, miscellaneous particles, or thread clusters that couldn't be removed.
This is a common occurrence in the production process and is not considered a defect or a reason for return. - Since the product comes in one size, individual comfort levels may vary. Please check the size chart before placing an order.
Washing Method
- To prevent discoloration and deformation, we recommend dry cleaning.
- This product is prone to deformation through washing. In case of stains, gently hand wash the affected area with lukewarm water (below 30°C) and neutral detergent to avoid shape distortion.
- Avoid using detergents containing bleach, dye, chlorine, or fluorescent brighteners.
- Do not use a dryer as it can cause deformation. After washing, briefly spin-dry and then dry the item in a shaded area.

- A purchase order made by a minor may be cancelled by the same minor or his/her guardian if his/her guardian has not consented to such purchase.

returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
